Location is perfect with Gran Via metro so close. The room had air conditioning, a minibar stocked with free drinks, and a private bathroom with nice toiletries. The breakfast included fresh pastries and various beverages. There’s a rooftop bar with great views. The staff were responsive and helpful. Loved the cozy vibe!

The location of Nh Collection was ideal for my business trip, with easy access to key meeting venues and excellent public transport options. The room was quite comfortable, featuring a well-stocked minibar and a coffee machine, which enhanced my stay. I particularly appreciated the cleanliness of the facilities and the attentive service from the staff, who promptly addressed all my requests.

Had an amazing trip with friends! The location was spot-on, close to everything, we shopped a lot and even rented bikes for a fun day out. The staff was super helpful and made us feel welcome. The rooftop pool was closed for renovation, but the breakfast options were delicious! Can't recommend this place enough for a group getaway!

i really enjoyed my stay at nh collection. the location was fantastic, super close to everything, like senator gran via. the hotel was clean and really pretty inside. the staff, especially alvaro and nahuel, were incredibly helpful, making my trip so much easier. they helped with reservations and provided great local tips. overall, i felt very welcome here.

It was just a balanced option for a stopover in Madrid with good price value. The bed was comfortable, and the free minibar for soft drinks was a nice surprise. Check out the café next door for cheaper breakfast options.

I stayed 3 nights in a Premium Double or Twin Room. The location was superb, with easy access to attractions. The room was stylish, featuring a great shower. Staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious and varied. ☕

The rooftop bar was a highlight, offering refreshing mojitos and stunning views of the city as we relaxed after exploring. Staff were exceptionally accommodating with our needs.

On the downside, the seating around the bar was limited, making it difficult to enjoy our drinks in comfort during busy hours. A second elevator would also ease traffic.

Overall, it combines comfort with a great position, but functional issues need attention.
